The Professional Stuff
I am an HR Systems professional with over a 15 years of experience, specializing in Workday, Project Management, and Vendor Selection. I’m Workday Pro accredited (Studio, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent) and PMP certified.
But titles aside, my real job is translation. I speak both “Stakeholder” and “Developer.”
I’ve managed several Fortune 500 career sites and built integrations that keep payroll running. I believe that in the age of AI, our job isn’t to say “yes” to every shiny new tool—it’s to be the architect who ensures the foundation is safe, scalable, and actually useful.
The Personal Stuff
I live in Jamison, PA with my wife Jenn, our son Justin, and two dogs who run the house.
When I’m not debugging BIRT reports or writing about AI safety, you can find me:
Yelling at the TV during Eagles games (Philly sports are a lifestyle, not a hobby).
Trying to get a clear view of Jupiter with my telescope.
Decompressing in the sauna.
Traveling with the family to find the best food spots.
Why Subscribe?
Because HR Tech is changing fast. I write to give you the cheat codes—honest, direct advice on how to survive the next implementation without losing your mind. We talk about dirty data, difficult stakeholders, and the reality of enterprise software (and occasionally, the Philadelphia Eagles).
The Promise: I write weekly-ish. I respect your inbox. I never send fluff.
